The cancellation penalty policies are as follows:
1.- All CANCELATIONS have a penalty of 20% recuested until 7 days before the check in date
2.- 6 to 3 days before the check in date the penalty is 50%
3.- 2 to 0 days before the check in date there are no refunds
4.- There are no refunds in case the customer does not show up
5.- No refunds in case the client arrives to the hotel and decide not to stay or early departures
7.- The client at the moment of making the payment online accepts these policies of reservation and payment
8.- The refunds will be directly to the client´s credit card or paypal account in a period of approximately 7 days after the cancelation day
